Troubleshooting

Navigation in TurboTax Online is different then in Desktop. 

 

Yes, when you submit a T1135, you should have 2 Netfile confirmation numbers: one for the T1 general and one for the T1135. If CRA said they did not received your T1135, please, open your TurboTax Desktp 2023, open the return with the T1135, and click on Netfile (in the top blue tools bar), in form mode. 

 

If you have a confirmation number, write it down and contact CRA. With this Netfile number (generate by their system), they should be able to retrieve your T1135.  If there is no confirmation, please follow the steps to Netfile.
