Forgive me, but this doesn't quite make sense or add up. If I go to Canada.ca CRA website and look up the T1A form for 2024, it's there. If it's "finalized" and available on the government's own website then why is TurboTax saying that CRA hasn't finalized it yet. Your FAQ page states 13 federal tax forms (mostly all business related) that are currently
unavailable. Is it moreso the case that the TurboTax team has not yet imported them to the software or that there is some glitch you are unwilling to admit?? This has never ever happened or been an issue in all the years I've been using TurboTax. And I always do my taxes the first day. Please advise with an answer that makes sense.
I have paid for this service and would like to be able to file. Within the next 48 hrs. Otherwise, please advise how to go about getting a refund of the $67.80 so I can use another provider. Thank you in advance for your help with this.
