I have been receiving the same error "you can't proceed further because one of your tax forms is currently unavailable. Please check back later. FAQ page link" and am not trying to do anything but a simple coupled return for the current year. I think the message may be generic and nobody can print or file. [I am also disappointed that I have paid and now stuck waiting.]
