How do I know if my tax rebate is being directly deposited into my bank account or if it will be delivered in a cheque?

My past rebates have gone into my bank account but I couldn't find my Netfile number for this years rebate.

You can check if you are using direct deposit (or set it up) on Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)'s My Account.
