when try to review and send nfile, I got error This wasn't expected, but we're working on fixing it

We suggest clearing cookies 'n cache and try using a different browser. Make sure your internet connection is stable.

 

If issue persists, We suggest contacting our Product support team. They have access to tools we don't have here in Community, like screenshare, and investigate this issue for you.

I also have this issue.  I called support they said they would submit a ticket and someone would get back to me. It's been two days and I have not heard back. 

 

The weird thing is my mom filed hers through my account but on her computer and didn't have any issues. 

 

I have tried both on my computer and my phone and get the same message. It won't let me submit without reviewing

I am having the same issue and tried signing in on a different computer and still get the same message.  Very frustrated.  I called and spoke with a rep that started a ticket but nothing is helping.

I did my daughters and sons and both them want efil and can't print tell  a message  come up march  will have fixed they missing a fill ..

I have been getting the same message! I have called 3 days in a row and they told me the same thing that they will open a ticket and no one as contacted me.

@Myles D Please verify that none of the forms you are using are locked: TurboTax FAQ: Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized? 

If you are not using any locked forms, we suggest you to contact our Product support team. They have access to tools we don't have here in Community, like screenshare to investigate this issue for you.

None of the forms are locked I filed my mother in law's on Wednesday then literally went to file mine and I got that error. This is the busiest time of the year for taxes and you have a program that is not working? I have called 3 days in a row to the customer service number and I keep getting told that they are working on fixing this and other ppl are having the same issues.
