Troubleshooting

Hi there! 

I am getting exactly the same error message.

I did exactly as suggested and called in for support.

Was advised to clear cache (I did) and try a new Browser (also done).

I can't navigate past the problem. It will only let me go back to the beginning, and I need to finish this section.

 

So after sitting on the phone with customer support, his only advice was to do as I said above and that didn't work.

Any other suggestions?
