I receive Canada Pension Plan retirement benefits so if I choose not to contribute to the Canada Pension Plan. Will my taxes go up next year

Canada Pension Plan (CPP) retirement benefits are taxable, so if you are working and on CPP, you might see a jump in how much you owe. But, CPP contributions will no longer be taken of your paycheque, so you'll get more of your salary/wage on payday.
