Troubleshooting

Thanks for the additional information, wow 3 hours on the phone  to be told it will take 7-10 days to get an answer.

 

I'm not feeling confident that this is going to be resolved in a timely manner if at all.

 

This should have all been sorted out in testing before it was rolled out.

 

We're getting no help from the community advisors and now it would seem that the production team aren't much help either.

 

You may be right in reaching out to the CRA- that's what Turbotax should be doing as a matter of urgency- , did the rep say they would be contacting the CRA concerning this?
