If you are using TurboTax Online, search for Provincial tax credits on the Tax Home page. From there you can continue forward to the property tax page.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop in EasyStep mode, use the Find tool to search for Provincial tax credit Profile. From there you can continue forward to the property tax page. 

If you are using TurboTax Desktop in Forms mode, look for the “Property” receipt page.
