@ApplesID Please try going into Forms mode and clearing any unneeded forms and then closing unused forms. You can find those options under Edit>Forms in the top menu.

Troubleshooting
@TurboTaxSusan I've done that already with your product support over the phone. We cleared any unused forms and checked if any of the forms left matches with any of the CRA's locked forms. None matches, but I still couldn't proceed to the next step as the message prompt still shows up.

Troubleshooting
@ApplesID You may want to try recreating your return without transferring info from last year or using Auto-Fill, as these can enter info that could trigger a locked form like Capital Losses, ABIL, etc...

@Corbor You said in your 1st post that you have a net loss on investments (T5). If that's a capital gains loss, then it's going to Schedule 3 - Capital Gains or Losses, which is a locked form.

@ApplesID Schedule 3 is still locked by CRA and not finalized by yet. Please refer to this link Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?
We do not have any ETA on this yet but as soon a these forms gets finalize we will be updating them in TurboTax for an accurate calculation.
We appreciate your patience.

Troubleshooting
@TurboTaxAniqua It looks like you run out of anything to say. I've finally given up with TurboTax and used a different software yesterday. Guess what? I didn't get any problem. This would be the last time because I had an issue with TurboTax last year as well. It's mine together with family members and friends. Next are co-workers in the same field. So long!
