I am in the same situation. I am trying to file a pretty basic return for myself and my spouse. No capital gains, no carry backs, etc. Just T4/RL-1 (Quebec) and some child care and charitable donations. And I keep getting "one or more of your tax forms is currently unavailable." Yet I am not using any of the "locked" forms. I have called support twice. Once last week I was told to wait until Monday. Then again Monday (yesterday) spent a while with a support person screen sharing. In the end, was told that this is CRA's fault and I need to wait until it is resolved. That's not much of an answer especially since I have already paid.
This needs to be resolved ASAP or I to will have to ask for a refund and try filing through another system.
It's disappointing because I have been using TurboTax for years with no issues.
