Activated TTBI2024 asking for activation again, won't accept the key

Hi,

I have purchased TurboTax Business Incorporated 2024 from Costco, and received activation key in email. I then downloaded the said software from Intuit website, installed it on my Windows 11 PC and used activation code from email - all as Costco email suggested.

I even did my T2 return half way, but had to pause for a couple of days and now when I launch TTBI to continue it's asking to be activated! What gives? What's even worse it will not accept the activation code I used, because naturally "All available activations for that code have been used.Error code: 603"

Please advise.
