I have contacted Product Support Team and they could do nothing. We did a screen share and confirmed that I do not require any of the locked forms. For the past 8 years I only have 2 pensions as income and no deductions. This is the first year I have been blocked from filing.
I am sure that my husband's refunds are being held up because my taxes have not been submitted. Someone has to be able to help the many of us that are having the problem of locked forms.
