My spouse (student - less than $3000 income) has our dependent amount of $7,015 credited to her. Is any unused amount automatically moved to my return?

My spouse (student - less than $3000 income) has our dependent amount of $7,015 credited to her. Is any unused amount automatically moved to my return?
I already transferred $5000 of unused tuition credits to my return.
