Can I claim monthly expenses for the year if I only earned for three months as an independent contractor?

I stopped my cleaning job in March, am I able to claim bank expenses/membership expenses for the year or only those three months?

No, you can only claim expenses for the time you were working as a independent contractor on your self-employment forms.
