Same issue here !
I cannot fil my taxes with TURBOTAX but it works with WEALTHSIMPLE. In other words, it cannot be an issue from CRA. None of the forms listed as locked fit to my situation. I'm emailing TURBOTAX and asking for a refund as I'm not waiting for them to eventually find a fix. I'm waiting for a large tax refund and I'll will not wait until April 30th 2025 to send my documents.
I will not do business with you again next year as we could only get the error message after payment. This is not how to do business.
