Troubleshooting

This is being absolutely insulting to customers to ask us to just wait, without even providing any wait time! And not acknowledging the problem and instead blaming it on CRA when we can easily observe that other platforms are normally working is the cherry on top. We perfectly know the deadline is April 30th, we have personal reasons to wanting to file our taxes now and it is inappropriate and condescending to tell us to wait until April 30th. 

I requested a full refund and I will file my taxes elsewhere, this was the last time with Turbotax for me.
