I agree. Its too bad. Really tho, for a SaaS application, I cant see why the dev team cannot add in the change. Wealthsimple and many others are good options. Charge back on the CC is an option if you cannot sort it out on through support.
taking your payment and now withholding your return from netfile, is pretty diabolical.
