If you are using TurboTax Full Service you can send them a follow up message.
If you are using TurboTax Assist & Review please follow these steps.
- Open your TurboTax return.
- From the menu, select Review, then Expert Review.
- Select Schedule appointment, then Continue.
- The next available appointment is displayed. If necessary, select Find a different time.
- Fill out your contact details, then select Schedule appointment.
