Hello yes I did call and asked for a refund since I used the free services and was told I will be getting a refund but haven’t seen anything 

Can you please clarify- when you say that you used our free services do you mean our TurboTax free software?

Hello yes I mean the free software and my refund came in yesterday , just currently waiting on my return from the CRA
