Troubleshooting

I am having the exact same problem and called them twice as well. The second product specialist was very helpful. He went through my tax return and said nothing was wrong from me. He suggested me to (1) ask for my company to double check T4 for me. (2) contact CRA about his CPP issue. (3) He said TurboTax is having an issue now, maybe just wait for 2 weeks and try netfile again.
