If you used TurboTax Online & you purchased Audit Defence, you can contact them by selecting Audit Defence when you login to TurboTax Online 2023.

If you used TurboTax Desktop & you purchased Audit Defence, you can contact them by opening the tax return that was filed. Then select REVIEW then Audit Defence from the left side menu. Select We want to defend our audit from the Audit Defence page.
