Manitoba Education Property Tax Credit: Renters and homeowners may qualify for $350.00 in tax savings under this credit for the 2024 tax year, intended to cover the school taxes you pay through your property taxes. The credit can only be claimed once per dwelling. In 2025, it will be replaced by the Homeowners Affordability Tax Credit which offers up to $1,500 to help manage education property taxes on principal residences.
