Tell us about your dependents
I have 2 dependents who are auto filled in my return info, but it won't let me through the "Done Adding Dependents" as it has 8 empty Dependents boxes below my two that don't have any information in them. It is saying I must fille them in, and I'm not able to remove them. I tried both on my laptop and in the app, but I can't get past this page.

Troubleshooting
You can delete unwanted dependants by clicking on the circle next to the birth date space. Once they are gone, you should be able to continue with your return.

Troubleshooting
Unfortunately, it's not the dependents I already have entered that I need to delete (I do see the circle to delete them next to the birth date), but it's the blank ones underneath that I can't seem to get rid of)

Troubleshooting
Try entering some dummy information, then click on Done Entering Dependants. Then go back and delete the unwanted ones.

Troubleshooting
I did try that, but still get stuck in the same loop. I've tried filling in all of the boxes and did manage to get past the page, but when I go back to delete them I only have the first fake dependent there and everything else is blank and once again telling me to fill them in (and now I also can't delete the fake dependent, none of the minus buttons work).

We suggest that you make a copy of your return, then start over to see if the same issue occurs.
