I am using the very basic TurboTax. I filled everything in and it says my Netfile Access Code is not right. I cannot get back to that spot, HELP?

 

Troubleshooting

If you are using TurboTax Online, go to the Tax Home page, click on Review, and then click on Continue/Start. Continue forward until you get to the page where you certify your info. That page will have a spot to enter/change your NETFILE Access code. Click "Yes I certify" to save your changes.

 

If your access code still doesn't work, you can try filing without it - it's optional.
