The CRA finalized Schedule 3 on February 24th, and CRA has confirmed filers can use the online version CRA has provided. While I get that TurboTax may have to have its own software's forms approved by CRA, TT could easily have chosen to update its Schedule 3 in the software and just continue to provide that splash pop-up that forms have not been finalized ... the same as you already do and have done since the first version of TT's 2024 software was released in December. This would have been the customer experience focused approach for TT to take.
