Troubleshooting
I am currently on call with support and they still don't have a clue.
Same error, still on hold and being told to try to submit again after verifying.
I am paying for the service (small business/self-employed) and am being told to just send their prepared document by mail.
That is just not possible, since their calculation is wrong, and the Schedule 8 form is not editable from their software.
If they can't fix it, I am asking for a refund (because you know, you have to pay before trying to submit) AND have to redo it by hand or have an accountant do it.
I already cancelled their online-only QuickBook "solution" that works half the time and creates double entries for no reason (their tech support is also abysmal), now I think I won't be using an Intuit product at all again.
