Troubleshooting

Thank you for your feedback, however, on my online screen, in the lower lefthand corner of the screen, the only available selections are "Save - Account Settings - Sign Out"  It almost sounds as though the screen on the Online version of TurboTax is different than what you are referring to.
If you could please provide further assistance, it would be appreciated.
Also, to confirm, all of these returns were completed by the online version of TurboTax last year and I have imported the data from 2023 over to the 2024 returns properly.  In other returns, the year over year comparison has popped up automatically as I have progressed through the various steps.  I want to go back and review it at will/ad hoc vs having to go back through all the steps.
