Should I declare the income received from a restaurant, which made 3 payments to my account, as self-employed income, even though I wasn't registered as an employee?
I worked for less than two months, only being called for a few shifts. When I requested a T4, the restaurant informed me that I was not registered as an employee and would not receive the document. The total amount I received was $376 paid directly into my account by the restaurant. Should I declare this income as self-employed?

Troubleshooting
You can enter it as other employment income.
If you are using TurboTax Online, search for “Tips” on the Tax Home page, and enter your amount on the top line.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop in EasyStep mode, use the Find tool to search for “Tips”, and enter your amount on the line for Occasional Earnings.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop in Forms mode, look for the EMPL worksheet, and enter your amount on the line for Occasional Earnings.
