Hi, I mailed the paperwork to the Spadina office but now no one at the Turbotax customer service has any idea where it went. Can you share the contact number with me so that I may call them to see if they can help? I am been moving from Turbo tax to Intuit all day and nobody knows anything about the process or any returns department or how to submit a claim. I don't know what else to do, i may resort to being Karen myself too.
