Despite being patient (2+ weeks) of waiting to file my 2024 income tax TurboTax is still having issues. To make matters worse, their front line staff have no information. This is inexcusable. Similar to the pathetic Air Canada, we are sorry for the inconvenience.....bla bla bla.
I was informed by TT staff that March 15th was the date TT would have all the necessary updates. Still cannot file.
Many taxpayers rely on getting their taxes done. Many Canadian benefits are dependent upon your taxes being both filed and notice of assessment completed. Let alone if you are entitled to a refund.
Watched the Fifth Estate program, tax filing companies take in billions of dollars in revenue. Changes from year to year are part of their updates. Not like to create a program from scratch.
Intuit, just please publish an official statement and fix your product. I am not happy with TT at all. And the complete lack of empathy and corporate babble is tarnishing your company. Get you act together.
