Troubleshooting
I have the same issue. I ordered the software yesterday and tried installing. Order # QSTND289364760
The Receipt I received did not provide the installation code. I called Turbo Tax support yesterday evening and the agent told me to wait 24 hours for an invoice to be sent with the code. It’s been 24 hours, no invoice received and no code. Not sure how to receive the code to activate the software.
