What you are saying in false. I did call the CRA, they have no restrictions to taxpayers using Netfile. I fact your website claims not to have any issues with Netfile.
Intuit has had months to get their software updated. This is part of the normal evolution of software.
I will ask for my money back and use a competitor today.

You miss the point, it is a big deal for folks to file their taxes. Intuit is stopping me from filing for a refund, and no guarantee it will be fixed .....as you pointed out....by April 30th.
