I don’t think you should presume anything because my son has also sent all the documentation 4 weeks ago and he hasn’t even received an acknowledgment that it was received. So, he is puzzled by the lack of due diligence by a company that promotes itself beyond reproach for its customers care and reliability of its products. It brings one to wonder if Intuit and Turbo Tax really stand behind their products. Thousands of Canadian families have been affected by this glitch. Like you and my son, your are aware of it because you have received a notice of reassessment claiming money back for a benefit that you were not entitled to due to a failure to calculate your spouse income as family income plus the undue burden of interest which for some are the thousands of dollars. Think of all the ones that haven’t received their notice yet. There must be other means to get their attention to resolve this injustice because right now Intuit and Turbo Tax seem to be ignoring faithful clients through bureaucratic means.
