There are a few options that may be available to you:

1. Attendant care expenses from a nursing home are eligible medical expenses. You are allowed to claim both your and your husband's medical expenses on your return.

2. The Canada Caregiver Amount. This income-tested benefit is available for family members who support infirm relatives. 

3. Disability amount transfer. If your husband has a valid disability tax certificate on file with CRA and does not use all of the disability credit to lower his own income, the remainder can be transferred to you.
