I agree 100% but i don't know whom to contact as i have been on phone with Intuit and Turbo tax for 5 hrs daily since last Wednesday and nobody knows the next steps. Do you know any contact # or email where i could reach out to confirm if they have received my documents?
Also I filed my taxes for 2021 via H&R block and the experience is same. They led me to 1st purchase their online product to even look at what I am claiming. So i have been struggling with both the software's and the worst is that H&R block does not even have community to post my question to.
I think we should reach out to media to cover this story as this has impacted a lot of people. It is not just not about the CRA due amount but the stress, time, effort and money that we are investing here is worth the compensation. These giant companies should be held responsible for their service.
