Troubleshooting
If the total of all principal amounts that relate to prior years on form T1198 is $3,000 or more, this will make the return ineligible for federal NETFILE or EFILE. Therefore, the T1198 form must be signed by the payer, and then annexed to the tax return, and you must mail your federal form T1198 and the tax returns. You might have to print and mail your return if you have T1198 .
Thanks for choosing TurboTax.

You might have to Print & Mail your return to CRA. CRA will not accept an electronic filling for T1198.

Troubleshooting
I have been having the same issue. The Refile capability is not working for myself and my wife's T1198 forms. I have contacted for assistance with Turbotax twice, with no luck. The recommendation was to continue to wait, and that Netfile's service was down. Our tax returns have been submitted and have received our Notices of Assessment approximately two weeks ago. Is there another option for this form other than mailing to the CRA?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
