Troubleshooting

This is exactly how I feel!

I upgraded, paid to "ask an expert" to help me. Same answer. She was helpful, and tried her best...but told that I have to print and send in a paper version of taxes. WHAT?! I wouldn't have paid for turbotax had I known. Desktop version, I can input T1198 but won't let me NETFILE?? 

Ridiculous.
