Troubleshooting
The digital download software (2024) is having an issue with the education property tax advance. I don't receive the advance on my property tax statement but typically just file it here with my taxes. This year however, despite me filling out the form indicating the amount of gross school taxes paid and indicating that I received $0 advance, it is not adding it to my return. I'm not over the age of 55, I paid thousands in school taxes. What am I missing?
