Troubleshooting

I'm also receiving the error code 606 when I try to activate TurboTax.  In the past, I have been using TurboTax deluxe software that requires you to install and activate with a code, then you input your numbers from all slips and then you have the ability to Netfile all returns.  Because I'm having problems activating, I'm now wondering if I purchased the correct TurboTax... I purchased the Deluxe Online Edition from Costco last month but I threw away the receipt.  Can I request a refund from TurboTax or can I return to Costco?
