This is it for me with Intuit. I have a very simple return: I m retired. According to turbo tax, I was getting a federal return but paying provincial. When all set and done, I was supposed to get 58$ back. Yeah right..... Provincial wanted an extra 25 $, no big deal but I just received a federal re-assessment and must pay over 1100$ within 4 weeks. What the hell???
Switching to another software next year....and likely another country where I won't pay income tax: full refund every year!
