Troubleshooting

I had to call in and screenshare with 2 different support agents.  After almost an hr, it was determined that I would have to start from the beginning and had to delete what work I had already done from the main menu.  Also, I was given a coupon code so my next attempt would be covered because I had paid with the first try. 

 

It has been very challenging to enter all of my information again and very time consuming.  I hope this defect is remediated soon for others challenged by it.
