Troubleshooting

Thank you, I have done all that. I spent 2 hrs 20 min on with  Turbotax IT. We tried everything. I tried 3 computers running different operating systems. I even used a different modem at another location. All 3 stopped at the same place. Charge the extra and go back to the CD's. I've been using Turbotax for almost 10 years and this is the first issue. I even bought a new computer, with no luck. Looking for another program to use.
