Troubleshooting
I just came across this error, first time in my 12 years of using TurboTax. Wife and mine return went from $3900 to $1400 because I attempted to answer a question that I already answered in the beginning of the return. Is there a fix??
Uninstalled, reinstalled, updated and restarted the computer, cleared cache in browser and still get the same error.

Can you please clarify what error you are seeing? Was it a marital status and if so- what was entered and what was changed?

I have already, the agent sent me a new download link. The new download link was for the same version of TurboTax I currently have. What are my options here??

Thank you for your help.
I have tried of over a dozen times to fix this issues.
I finished and finalized my wife's return but I havent completed mine.
If this problem can't be fixed,
Could I use the TurboTax Online to complete my return it could I just mail it in?

Troubleshooting
Did you transfer your 2023 tax return into your 2024 return, or was it all new from this year? If you haven't filed your spouse's return as of yet, I would start a new joint return. That way you shouldn't have that error message.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

Troubleshooting
- I have not transferred a 2023 return to 2024. Unfortunately I did file my wife's return already, my return is the one with error. I did speak with an agent and questioned if I did TurboTax online for my return. She said as long as I do my return separate from my wife's it should work out fine. Is this correct?
I was going to mail in my return because of all this.
