Troubleshooting

The other series problem with this is how Turbo Tax is addressing/not addressing the issue.

  1. When I talked with an online representative I asked for a Support Ticket Number; no ticket number was given to me.
    1. My issue should have created a support ticket with a support id. 
    2. Then the only communication I should be getting from Turbo Tax is a communication on issue status  and resolution date. 
  2.  My inbox has been blowing up with this tread as many others are experiencing the same issues /frustration.  This is not the proper way to address/track a series fault with Turbo Tax and communicate to Turbo tax users.

To be fair to Turbo tax, I have been using the software for many years and this is the first truly serious problem I have had.
