WORKAROUND THAT WORKED FOR ME: for dual return files (self/spouse):
For all T3s: enter 100% ownership at top and then half of all values into boxes. (I also only entered capital gains in box 53, using the same value as line 21, half the total, instead of dividing the time periods).
Then values for line 68140 on T936 were correct and agreed with Schedule 3 line 17600, and I could NETFILE both returns.

I am having ther same issue with Error Code 95365. When will the fix be in place? Line 68140 should equal the sum of box 21 on all T3s info.

We shouldn't have to do this, but if you split your T3 entries, and enter separate T3s for two spouses, AND make no entry in box 52, and enter appropriate (e.g. 1/2) of total capital gains in box 21 and 53...
you should be good. It worked for me, and for others.
