Thanks for the work around. After my dual return Netfile Tax Return being rejected due to error #95365. I landed on this forum after searching the web.
I followed your suggestion...divided the values in all boxes on the T3 in half...entered those values in the appropriate boxes. Entered Total Capital Gains(actually half) in Box 53 ONLY....same value as box 21, leaving Box 52 blank. Entered my portion at 100%. I then did the same on my wife's return, submitted them both, crossed my fingers and it all worked out..Nefiled both returns.
