Troubleshooting

Please update on the fix situation and another issue that has resulted from it now.  Apparently, all the suggested attempts recommended have resulted in the CRA blocking my Netfile account access. Can you fix this, today I spent an hour and a half waiting online for the CRA and was forced to hang up due to work responsibilities. And all because I chose to buy the wrong tax software. I actually thought the upgrade premier addition cost would be worth it by making reporting T3/investment income easier, but its become a nightmare.
