Loyal user of turbo tax since its inception and Quick tax before that. I thought nothing would make me change tax softwares. The last two or three years have had various minor issues. This makes me totally reconsider that loyalty now.
Haha, I'm not surprised by anything put out by these guys this tax season! The quality has gone way down since they closed down their Edmonton office in July.
