Why will Turbotax Canada 2024 not open after update request?

I currently cannot open the desktop program. I am prompted for to update the program as usual, and then it just quits when selecting YES (NO is not an option). 

I had no issues previously when I began to enter my information.

I have tried uninstalling, restarting my computer, and reinstalling to have the same result. Can we get a fix here INTUIT?
